We record a video and take a picture of us purchasing every player. If you haven’t received your coins within the promised time frame 24 hours we will give you a refund or cover the EA Tax on your purchase.

Once the coins you ordered are delivered, no returns will be accepted and no refund will be processed under any circumstances.

Training Points, Solo Grinding & Players are non-refundable.
